We are huge fans of the fashion of the acid house era. We could spend hours looking through photos and video footage of the era. We love the colours, the bold prints and just the way that it looks. We wanted to create a collection of acid house T shirts to pay homage to that era.

Now when we think back to those heady days, we think of the Chicago house scene, in the UK the acid house boom kicked off at shoom, which started off in a gym in London then moved to other venues around the capital. In my home town of Manchester, was probably the most recognisable nightclub names ever. The Hacienda. Now I was lucky enough (or, old enough) to get to go to the Hacienda, but this was only in it's later days, as in the second summer of love 88/89 I was only 10, so no way I was getting past the doormen. This time to me is a golden time and the fashion of the time was bold, acid house t shirts. With a home made feel to them, with neons and smileys, bold block lettering... This is what we think of, when we think about acid house t shirts.

So this collection is inspired by that era.
